If you are a consumer, you can use this form to submit a withdrawal declaration for a contract concluded online. After submission, you receive an immediate acknowledgement containing the date, time, and reference.

We then review the contract match and whether a withdrawal right applies. This form does not automatically trigger a payment, refund, or cancellation.
